I make 100% natural sweets, with two or three ingredients maximum: Fruits, spices or plants, and sugar, that's it!! No artificial flavors, colors or preservatives.

Natural confectionery

The fruits I use are gleaned from the streets (elderberry) and public or private gardens (donations from individuals who do not use their fruits) or shared, supplemented by fruits mainly from the organic commercial circuit. I work on original recipes based on the ingredients of the moment. Elderberry from Fontenay with roses, Apples, verbena, tomato and rosemary from Clamart, figs from Hay-les-Roses. Eco-responsible company, favoring the circular economy and very short circuits.
